We also offer an Agency Service for those exporters who would like to outsource their submission and receipt of certificates/permits from Department of Agriculture, Fisheries & Forestry (DAFF).

This service is very useful for smaller exporters and those exporters who export less frequently and do not want the hassle or want to get involved in testing, learning and purchasing a new software.

Exporters simply complete an online form with the necessary information. We then submit the information on the exporter’s behalf and correspond with DAFF. A copy of the permit will be sent back to the exporter and the certificate(s) printed at the requested location.
